Frenchman Corentin Moutet lost to Spaniard Roberto Carballes Baena 7-6 (6), 6-1 in the first round of the Hangzhou Open at the Hengqin International Tennis Center on Thursday.
Carballes Baena, ranked No 55, will play lucky loser Mitchell Krueger next.
