Eubanks powers into last 16 at Winston-Salem Open
Christopher Eubanks eased past Hugo Gaston in straight sets on Tuesday in Winston-Salem. He awaits either Corentin Moutet or Roman Safiullin.

Wild card Christopher Eubanks defeated Frenchman Hugo Gaston, the No 14 seed, 6-1, 6-4 to reach the last 16 of the Winston-Salem Open at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex on Tuesday night.
Eubanks, ranked No 120, will next play the winner of the match between Frenchman Corentin Moutet and Russian Roman Safiullin, the No 17 seed.
Ahead of his victory, the American edged out Australian Adam Walton (2-6, 7-5, 6-4).
