Winston-Salem Open: Bergs scores impressive comeback, into last 16

Belgian Zizou Bergs moved into the last 16 of the Winston-Salem Open by winning against Tomas Martin Etcheverry, the No 6 seed, 4-6, 7-5, 6-3 at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex on Tuesday.

Bergs, ranked No 85, will play American Alex Michelsen, the No 11 seed, next.

In the previous round of the Winston-Salem tournament, the Belgian edged out American wildcard Reilly Opelka (6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (1)).
