Vienna Open: Khachanov races into quarter-finals

Karen Khachanov, the No 8 seed, won against Jiri Lehecka 6-3, 6-1 to advance to the quarter-finals of the Vienna Open at the Wiener Stadthalle on Wednesday.
The Russian played brilliant tennis for his straight sets victory, hitting just two unforced errors across the match, alongside 13 winners and six aces.
Ahead of his victory, Khachanov, ranked No 16, beat Roman Safiullin (6-4, 6-4). Lehecka, ranked No 31, defeated American J.J. Wolf (6-4, 6-4) in the previous round of the Vienna tournament.
