Swiss Open: Medjedovic reaches second round
Hamad Medjedovic edged out Zhizhen Zhang 4-6, 6-1, 6-4 on Monday and will play Austrian Dominic Thiem in the next round

Serb qualifier Hamad Medjedovic edged out Chinese Zhizhen Zhang, the No 5 seed, 4-6, 6-1, 6-4 to reach the second round of the Swiss Open at the Roy Emerson Arena in Gstaad on Monday afternoon.
Medjedovic, ranked No 183, will play Austrian Dominic Thiem next.
