Stuttgart Open: Rinderknech advances to second round

Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech won against American Alex Michelsen 6-4, 7-5 to move into the second round of the Stuttgart Open at Tennisclub Weissenhof Stuttgart on Tuesday afternoon.

Rinderknech, ranked No 67, will face the winner of the match between Italian Flavio Cobolli and German Jan-Lennard Struff, the No 7 seed, next.
