Brandon Nakashima reached the second round of the Stuttgart Open by winning against Christopher Eubanks 7-6 (4), 6-4 at Tennisclub Weissenhof Stuttgart on Tuesday.
Nakashima, ranked No 70, will play top seed Alexander Zverev next.
