Italian Lorenzo Sonego moved into the second round of the Sofia Open by defeating Spaniard Bernabe Zapata Miralles 6-3, 6-4 at the Arena Armeec Sofia on Wednesday. Sonego, ranked No 45, will play Dane Holger Rune, the No 5 seed, next.
