Jack Draper advanced to the last 4 of the Sofia Open by beating wildcard Cem Ilkel 6-2, 6-2 on Thursday.
Draper, ranked No 82, will face German Jan-Lennard Struff, the No 3 seed, next.
In the previous rounds, Jack Draper won against German Maximilian Marterer (6-3, 6-2) and Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the top seed (7-5, 6-2).
Ilkel, ranked No 259, won against Bulgarian wildcard Dimitar Kuzmanov (6-0, 6-3) and edged out Australian Max Purcell, the No 6 seed (6-3, 4-6, 6-4) earlier in the tournament.
