Shanghai Masters: Wildcard Nishikori overcomes Navone to reach second round

Japanese wildcard Kei Nishikori advanced to the second round of the Shanghai Masters by winning against Argentinian Mariano Navone 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 at the Qi Zhong Tennis Center.

Nishikori, ranked No 200, will play No 10 seed Stefanos Tsitsipas next.
