Rotterdam Open: Ruusuvuori makes quarter-finals

Finn Emil Ruusuvuori beat German Jan-Lennard Struff 6-3, 6-3 to reach the quarter-finals of the Rotterdam Open at the Rotterdam Ahoy on Thursday evening.
Ruusuvuori, ranked No 55, will face Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor next.
Ahead of his victory, the Finn won against Frenchman Ugo Humbert, the No 7 seed (7-6 (5), 4-6, 6-3).
Struff, ranked No 25, edged out Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina (4-6, 7-6 (5), 7-6 (4)) in the previous round of the Rotterdam tournament.
