Rotterdam Open: Barrere makes second round

French qualifier Gregoire Barrere advanced to the second round of the Rotterdam Open by beating Belgian David Goffin 6-0, 7-6 (3) at the Rotterdam Ahoy on Monday evening.
Barrere, ranked No 71, will face the winner of the match between Italian Lorenzo Sonego and Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, the No 3 seed, next.
