Rome Masters: Garin advances to second round
Cristian Garin edged out Pedro Cachin 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (5) on Wednesday. He’ll face No 16 seed Tommy Paul in the next round

Chilean Cristian Garin advanced to the second round of the Rome Masters by edging out Argentinian Pedro Cachin 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (5) at the Foro Italico on Wednesday afternoon.
Garin, ranked No 79, will play No 16 seed Tommy Paul next.
