Paris Masters: Rinderknech moves into last 16
Arthur Rinderknech won against Alex Michelsen on Wednesday and will face the winner of the match between Grigor Dimitrov and Tomas Martin Etcheverry next

French wildcard Arthur Rinderknech won against American Alex Michelsen 7-6 (6), 7-6 (7) to move into the last 16 of Paris Masters at the Accor Arena on Wednesday.
Rinderknech, ranked No 60, will face the winner of the match between Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, the No 8 seed, and Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry next.
In the previous round of the Paris-Bercy tournament, the Frenchman benefited from the abandonment of Tomas Machac (6-7 (3), 5-3).
Michelsen, ranked No 44, beat Pole Hubert Hurkacz, the No 12 seed (6-1, 6-3) in the previous round of the Paris-Bercy tournament.
