Wildcard Ryan Peniston reached the second round of Queen’s by defeating Frenchman Ugo Humbert 6-4, 6-2 at Queen’s Club in London on Monday.
Peniston, ranked No 265, will face the winner of the match between American Maxime Cressy and Dane Holger Rune, the second seed, next.
