Paris Masters: Zverev advances to second round, defeats qualifier Fucsovics
Alexander Zverev edged out Marton Fucsovics 4-6, 7-5, 6-4 on Tuesday. He’ll play the winner of the match between Frenchman Ugo Humbert and American qualifier Marcos Giron in the next round

German Alexander Zverev, the No 10 seed, edged out Hungarian qualifier Marton Fucsovics 4-6, 7-5, 6-4 to reach the second round of Paris Masters at the Accor Arena on Tuesday.
Zverev has now won 23 out of his last 25 matches against opponents ranked outside the Top 50.
Zverev, ranked No 9, will play the winner of the match between Frenchman Ugo Humbert and American qualifier Marcos Giron next.
