Paris Masters: Hurkacz makes second round with three-set win over Korda

Pole Hubert Hurkacz, the No 11 seed, beat American Sebastian Korda 6-3, 6-7 (6), 6-3 to advance to the second round of Paris Masters at the Accor Arena on Tuesday afternoon.
Hurkacz has won 11 of his last 13 ATP Masters 1000 matches (title in Shanghai, loss to Alcaraz in semi-final in Cincinnati and in the third round in Toronto). He now has 65 Masters 1000 match wins over the course of his career (65-35) and 18 just this season (18-7)
Hurkacz, ranked No 11, will face Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut next.
