Paris Masters: De Minaur books spot in last 16

Australian Alex De Minaur, the No 9 seed, reached the last 16 of Paris Masters by winning against Serb lucky loser Miomir Kecmanovic 6-4, 7-6 (5) at the Accor Arena on Wednesday.

De Minaur, ranked No 10, will face the winner of the match between Jack Draper and American Taylor Fritz, the No 5 seed, next.

The Australian beat Argentinian Mariano Navone (7-5, 6-1) in the previous round of the Paris-Bercy tournament.

During the first round of the Paris-Bercy tournament, Kecmanovic, ranked No 55, edged out Argentinian Sebastian Baez (6-4, 6-7 (6), 7-5).
