Nordea Open: Karatsev books spot in second round
Aslan Karatsev edged out Lorenzo Sonego 6-0, 2-6, 6-4 on Tuesday. He’ll play the winner of the match between Frenchman Hugo Gaston and Georgian Nikoloz Basilashvili, the No 6 seed, in the next round

Russian Aslan Karatsev edged out Italian Lorenzo Sonego 6-0, 2-6, 6-4 to advance to the second round of the Nordea Open at the Båstads tennisstadion in Bastad on Tuesday.
Karatsev, ranked No 40, will play the winner of the match between Frenchman Hugo Gaston and Georgian Nikoloz Basilashvili, the No 6 seed, next.
