Murray returns to the winners’ circle in Indian Wells
Andy Murray won against David Goffin 6-3, 6-2 on Wednesday night and will play No 5 seed Andrey Rublev in the next round

Andy Murray moved into the second round of the Indian Wells Masters by winning against former world No 7 David Goffin 6-3, 6-2 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Wednesday night.
The Brit took just one hour, 20 minutes to see off the veteran Belgian, striking 11 winners to eight unforced errors and breaking Goffin’s serve on three occasions. Murray, ranked No 61, will face No 5 seed Andrey Rublev next, who he holds a 1-1 head-to-head against.
