Murray extends winning streak on grass to seven
The Scot continued his fine form with victory over Hugo Grenier on Thursday
Andy Murray extended his winning streak to seven matches on grass on the Challenger Tour as he eased into the quarter-finals in Nottingham on Thursday.
The 36-year-old, who won in Surbiton last weekend, beat Hugo Grenier of France 6-3, 7-5 to set up a clash with Dominic Stricker of Switzerland.

Murray is also due to play next week in the cinch Championships at London’s Queen’s Club before heading to Wimbledon, where he is hoping to have lifted his ranking, currently at No 43, to the top 32 in order to be seeded.
