Montreal Masters: Ramos-Vinolas outlats Goffin

Spaniard Albert Ramos-Vinolas advanced to the second round of the Montreal Masters by beating Belgian wildcard David Goffin 7-6 (2), 6-2 at Stade IGA on Tuesday night.

Ramos-Vinolas, ranked No 43, will face the winner of the match between Argentinian Diego Schwartzman, the No 12 seed, and Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina next.
