Serb Filip Krajinovic beat Russian Aslan Karatsev 3-6, 7-6 (7), 6-2 to reach the second round of the Montpellier Open at the Sud de France Arena on Tuesday.
Krajinovic, ranked No 71, will face the winner of the match between Frenchman Benjamin Bonzi, the No 8 seed, and Italian Lorenzo Sonego next.
