Monte-Carlo Masters: Khachanov edges past Norrie to reach second round

Russian Karen Khachanov, the No 15 seed, reached the second round of the Monte-Carlo Masters by beating Cameron Norrie 7-5, 7-6 (3) at Monte-Carlo Country Club.

Khachanov, ranked No 17, will face Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo next.
