Monte-Carlo Masters: Griekspoor battles past Kopefer to move into second round

Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor defeated German Dominik Koepfer 7-6 (2), 4-6, 6-2 to reach the second round of the Monte-Carlo Masters at Monte-Carlo Country Club.

Griekspoor, ranked No 25, will play the winner of the match between Australian Alex De Minaur, the No 11 seed, and Swiss wildcard Stan Wawrinka next.
