Miami Masters: Zverev through to last eight, completes QF line-up
The German won against Karen Khachanov 6-1, 6-4 in the round of 16 on Tuesday

Germany’s Alexander Zverev, the No 4 seed, defeated Russian Karen Khachanov, the No 15 seed, 6-1, 6-4 to move into the last eight of the Miami Masters at the Hard Rock Stadium on Tuesday night.
The German did not face a single break point against his serve in the one-hour, nine-minute encounter.
Zverev, ranked No 5, will play Hungarian Fabian Marozsan next. This will be the 27th career quarter-final for the German at the ATP Masters 1000 level and his fourth at the Miami Open.
It also marks the first time that the 26-year-old has reached the last eight at both the events in the Sunshine Double – Indian Wells and Miami.
The German won against Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime (6-2, 6-4) and American Christopher Eubanks, the No 31 seed (7-6 (4), 6-3) earlier in the week.
In the previous rounds of the tournament, Khachanov, ranked No 16, beat Serb Laslo Djere (6-2, 6-4) and edged out Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo, the No 20 seed (6-1, 5-7, 7-6 (5)).
