Holger Rune powers past Fucsovics in Miami

Dane Holger Rune, the No 7 seed, advanced to the third round of the Miami Masters by beating Hungarian Marton Fucsovics 6-3, 7-5 at the Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday night.

Rune, ranked No 8, will face Argentinian Diego Schwartzman, the No 31 seed, next. The Danish teen could potentially face world No 1 Carlos Alcaraz, if he is able to reach the quarter-finals.

In the previous round of the Miami Open, Fucsovics, ranked No 74, won against Argentinian Pedro Cachin (6-4, 7-6 (2)).
