Miami Masters: Monfils shows off shots to make second round

Gael Monfils won against Serb Dusan Lajovic 7-6 (5), 6-4 to move into the second round of the Miami Masters at the Hard Rock Stadium.

The Frenchman was in some kind of mood on Thursday night, lighting up the court with incredible shot-making across the course of the one hour, 33 minute victory.

Monfils, ranked No 47, will play No 33 seed Jordan Thompson next.
