Miami Masters: Marozsan maintains last-16 streak

Hungarian Fabian Marozsan advanced to the last 16 of the Miami Masters by beating Australian Alexei Popyrin 7-5, 6-3 at the Hard Rock Stadium on Monday.
Marozsan, ranked No 57, will face the winner of the match between Australian Alex de Minaur, the No 9 seed, and German Jan-Lennard Struff, the No 24 seed, next.
It’s the fourth time that the Hungarian has played a Masters 1000 and he’s made at least the last 16 every time.
Ahead of his victory, the Hungarian won against American qualifier Aleksandar Kovacevic (6-3, 6-2) and Dane Holger Rune, the No 6 seed (6-1, 6-1).
Popyrin, ranked No 45, defeated Argentinian Facundo Diaz Acosta (6-2, 6-2) and No 26 seed Jiri Lehecka (6-4, 6-4) in the previous rounds of the Miami Open.
