Hungarian Marton Fucsovics beat Australian Max Purcell 6-2, 6-1 to reach the second round of the Miami Masters at the Hard Rock Stadium on Wednesday.
Fucsovics, ranked No 86, will face No 3 seed Daniil Medvedev next.
