Belgian Zizou Bergs moved into the second round of the Metz Open by winning against French lucky loser Manuel Guinard 6-4, 6-4 at the Arènes de Metz on Tuesday.
Bergs, ranked No 61, will play the winner of the match between Hugo Gaston and lucky loser Titouan Droguet next.
