Marseille Open: Wawrinka edges Zizou Bergs to reach round 2
Stan Wawrinka edged out Zizou Bergs 6-4, 6-7 (6), 6-4 on Monday evening. He’ll play the winner of the match between No 7 seed Richard Gasquet and qualifier Laurent Lokoli in the next round

Swiss Stan Wawrinka advanced to the second round of the Marseille Open by edging out Belgian Zizou Bergs 6-4, 6-7 (6), 6-4 at the Palais des sports de Marseille on Monday evening.
Wawrinka, ranked No 105, will face the winner of the match between No 7 seed Richard Gasquet and qualifier Laurent Lokoli next.
