Marseille Open: Davidovich Fokina into second round with 100th career match win
Alejandro Davidovich Fokina edged out Gregoire Barrere 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 on Tuesday. He’ll face the winner of the match between Finn Emil Ruusuvuori and Frenchman Luca Van Assche in the next round

Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, the No 5 seed, edged out Frenchman Gregoire Barrere 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 to move into the second round of the Marseille Open at the Palais des sports on Tuesday afternoon.
It was the 100th match win of his tour career for the Spaniard.
Davidovich Fokina, ranked No 24, will play the winner of the match between Finn Emil Ruusuvuori and Frenchman Luca Van Assche next.
