Marrakech Open: Cobolli advances to second round

Italian Flavio Cobolli, the No 8 seed, reached the second round of the Marrakech Open by defeating Jordanian wildcard Abdullah Shelbayh 6-1, 6-4 at Royal Tennis Club de Marrakech on Tuesday.

Cobolli, ranked No 63, will play Russian Pavel Kotov next.
