Christopher Eubanks edged out No 3 seed Ben Shelton 6-7 (4), 6-4, 7-6 (2) to reach the quarter-finals of the Mallorca Open at Mallorca Country Club.
Eubanks, ranked No 77, will face lucky loser Arthur Rinderknech next.
In the previous round of the Mallorca tournament, Christopher Eubanks edged out lucky loser Alex Michelsen (6-3, 6-7 (6), 7-5).
