Mallorca Open: Bautista Agut upsets Humbert to reach quarters
Roberto Bautista Agut edged out Ugo Humbert 3-6, 6-3, 6-4 on Tuesday afternoon. He’ll face the winner of the match between Frenchman Gael Monfils, the No 6 seed, and Spaniard Roberto Carballes Baena in the next round
Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut edged out Frenchman Ugo Humbert, the second seed, 3-6, 6-3, 6-4 to move into the quarter-finals of the Mallorca Open at Mallorca Country Club on Tuesday afternoon.
Bautista Agut, ranked No 122, will play the winner of the match between Frenchman Gael Monfils, the No 6 seed, and Spaniard Roberto Carballes Baena next.
The 36-year-old Spaniard won against Japanese Taro Daniel (6-1, 6-0) in the previous round of the Mallorca tournament.
