Madrid Masters: Davidovich Fokina sets up Rublev clash
Alejandro Davidovich Fokina beat Juncheng Shang 7-5, 6-3 on Friday and will play Russian Andrey Rublev, the No 7 seed, in the next round

Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, the No 27 seed, won against Chinese wildcard Juncheng Shang 7-5, 6-3 to move into the third round of the Madrid Masters at the Caja Magica on Friday.
Davidovich Fokina, ranked No 28, will play Russian Andrey Rublev, the No 7 seed, next.
Shang, ranked No 111, edged out French qualifier Corentin Moutet (6-7 (9), 6-2, 7-6 (10)) in the previous round of the Madrid tournament.
