Lyon Open: Fils through to second round
Arthur Fils won against Zhizhen Zhang 6-3, 6-2 on Monday afternoon. He’ll face the winner of the match between Swede Mikael Ymer and Frenchman Richard Gasquet, the No 7 seed, in the next round

French wildcard Arthur Fils moved into the second round of the Lyon Open by winning against Chinese qualifier Zhizhen Zhang 6-3, 6-2 at Parc de la Tête d’or on Monday.
Fils, ranked No 112, will play the winner of the match between Swede Mikael Ymer and Frenchman Richard Gasquet, the No 7 seed, next.
