No 3 seed Cameron Norrie won against Radu Albot 6-3, 7-6 (4) to advance to the semi-finals of the Los Cabos Open at the Cabo del Mar Sports Center on Friday night.
Norrie, ranked No 12 and trophy holder in Mexico, will face Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, the second seed, next.
In the previous round of the Open de Los Cabos, Cameron Norrie beat Chun-Hsin Tseng (6-3, 6-0).
Albot, ranked No 118, defeated Spanish wildcard Feliciano López (6-3, 6-7 (6), 6-3) and Australian Jason Kubler (6-4, 6-2) in the previous rounds of the Open de Los Cabos.
