Los Cabos Open: Coric makes quarter-finals
Borna Coric won against Jason Jung 6-1, 6-2 on Thursday night. He’ll play the winner of the match between Croat Borna Gojo and Belarusian Ilya Ivashka, the No 8 seed, in the next round
Croat Borna Coric, the No 4 seed, won against lucky loser Jason Jung 6-1, 6-2 to reach the last eight of the Los Cabos Open at the Cabo del Mar Sports Center on Thursday night.
Coric, ranked No 16, will play the winner of the match between Croat Borna Gojo and Belarusian Ilya Ivashka, the No 8 seed, next.
In the previous round of the Los Cabos tournament, Jung, ranked No 276, beat Mexican wildcard Ernesto Escobedo (3-6, 7-6 (5), 6-2).
