Korea Open: Albot will play Shapovalov in quarter finals
Radu Albot defeated Steve Johnson 7-6 (3), 7-6 (3) on Wednesday and will play Canadian Denis Shapovalov, the No 4 seed, in the next round
Radu Albot moved into the quarter-finals of the Korea Open by winning against American Steve Johnson 7-6 (3), 7-6 (3) at the Seoul Olympic Park on Wednesday night. Albot, ranked No 91, will face Canadian Denis Shapovalov, the No 4 seed, next.
In the previous round of the Seoul, Radu Albot defeated Japanese lucky loser Hiroki Moriya (6-3, 6-4). Johnson, ranked No 117, beat wildcard JiSung Nam (7-6 (3), 6-4).
