Sinner downs Mannarino to set up Wawrinka battle in Indian Wells last 16
Jannik Sinner beat Adrian Mannarino 7-6 (7), 6-4 on Monday night and will play Swiss Stan Wawrinka in the next round.

Italian Jannik Sinner, the No 11 seed, beat Frenchman Adrian Mannarino 7-6 (7), 6-4 to advance to the last 16 of the Indian Wells Masters at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Monday night.
Sinner, ranked No 13, will play Swiss Stan Wawrinka next.
Ahead of his victory, the 21-year-old Italian won against Frenchman Richard Gasquet (6-3, 7-6 (2)).
Mannarino, ranked No 68, edged out Austrian wildcard Dominic Thiem (4-6, 6-4, 7-6 (5)) and defeated Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 19 seed (6-4, 6-4) in the previous rounds of the Indian Wells Tennis Masters.
