Indian Wells Masters: Sinner beats Gasquet in straight sets, into third round
Jannik Sinner beat Richard Gasquet 6-3, 7-6 (2) on Saturday and will face the winner of the match between Frenchman Adrian Mannarino and Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 19 seed, in the next round

Italian Jannik Sinner, the No 11 seed, advanced to the third round of the Indian Wells Masters by beating Frenchman Richard Gasquet 6-3, 7-6 (2) at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Saturday.
Sinner, ranked No 13, will play the winner of the match between Frenchman Adrian Mannarino and Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 19 seed, next.
This was his first match since Daniil Medvedev broke his streak of seven consecutive wins in the Rotterdam final last month.
Gasquet, ranked No 43, won against Croat qualifier Borna Gojo (6-4, 6-7 (5), 6-2) in the previous round of the Indian Wells Tennis Masters.
