Cameron Norrie beat Italian Luca Nardi 6-0, 6-3 to reach the second round of the Indian Wells Masters at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Thursday.

Norrie, ranked No 77, will face No 23 seed Jiri Lehecka next.
