Indian Wells Masters: Medvedev advances to third round
Daniil Medvedev defeated Roberto Carballes Baena 6-2, 6-3 on Sunday night and will play American Sebastian Korda, the No 29 seed, in the next round

Russian Daniil Medvedev, the No 4 seed, advanced to the third round of the Indian Wells Masters by beating Spaniard Roberto Carballes Baena 6-2, 6-3 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Sunday night.
Medvedev, ranked No 4, will play American Sebastian Korda, the No 29 seed, next.
In the previous round of the Indian Wells Tennis Masters, Carballes Baena, ranked No 64, won against Italian Flavio Cobolli (6-4, 6-4).
