Indian Wells Masters: Dimitrov books spot in third round

Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, the No 14 seed, beat Portuguese Nuno Borges 6-3, 6-4 to advance to the third round of the Indian Wells Masters at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Saturday.

Dimitrov, ranked No 15, will face the winner of the match between Frenchman Gael Monfils and American Sebastian Korda, the No 24 seed, next.

In the previous round of the Indian Wells Tennis Masters, Borges, ranked No 36, won against Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech (6-1, 5-7, 6-2).
