Hamburg Open: Van Assche beats Muller to reach second round
Luca Van Assche defeated Alexandre Muller 7-6 (3), 6-4 and will face the winner of the match between Argentinian Pedro Cachin and Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, the No 7 seed, in the next round
Luca Van Assche won against Alexandre Muller 7-6 (3), 6-4 to reach the second round of the Hamburg Open at Am Rothenbaum.
Van Assche, ranked No 77, will face the winner of the match between Argentinian Pedro Cachin and Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, the No 7 seed, next.
