Halle: Tsitsipas battles past Barrere, advances to second round

Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, the second seed, edged out Frenchman Gregoire Barrere 6-7 (6), 6-4, 7-6 (3) to advance to the second round of Halle at the Owl Arena/Gerry-Weber-Stadion on Monday afternoon.
