Halle: Rublev advances to final, will face Bublik for title
Andrey Rublev won against Roberto Bautista Agut 6-3, 6-4 on Saturday. He’ll face Kazakh Alexander Bublik in the final
Russian Andrey Rublev, the No 3 seed, moved into the final of Halle by beating Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut, the No 8 seed, 6-3, 6-4 at the Owl Arena/Gerry-Weber-Stadion on Saturday.
Rublev, ranked No 7, will play Kazakh Alexander Bublik next.

Rublev has won all four semi-finals he has played so far this season.
He now returns to the final, which he last reached back in 2021 when he lost to Ugo Humbert.
Rublev – also known as “Rublo” – will feature in September’s UTS Frankfurt.
Ahead of his victory, the Russian won against Chinese Yibing Wu (6-4, 6-7 (5), 6-2), German wildcard Yannick Hanfmann (7-6 (6), 6-3) and Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor (3-6, 6-3, 6-4).
Bautista Agut, ranked No 23, defeated Italian lucky loser Andrea Vavassori (6-3, 6-4), American Brandon Nakashima (7-5, 7-6 (2)) and Russian Daniil Medvedev, the top seed (7-5, 7-6 (3)) earlier in the tournament.
