Halle Open: Sonego edges past Kecmanovic to reach second round
Lorenzo Sonego beat Miomir Kecmanovic 7-6 (6), 7-6 (5). He’ll play the winner of the match between Oscar Otte and Alexander Zverev in the next round

Italian Lorenzo Sonego advanced to the second round of the Halle Open by defeating Serb Miomir Kecmanovic 7-6 (6), 7-6 (5) at the Owl Arena/Gerry-Weber-Stadion.
Sonego, ranked No 57, will play the winner of the match between qualifier Oscar Otte and second seed Alexander Zverev next.
